In February 2024, Campbell was paid $5,000 to represent me in a family law case in (Caldwell County, NC) District Court. I tried contacting him via phone, text, email, office visit - all unresponded. Campbell never talked to me, once. A court-ordered mediation deadline (July 2024) was missed because of Campbell. He was a no-show at a court ordered status update at the end of July 2024. Opposing counsel never heard from him. I recently received a letter from Campbell (December 2024) stating his intent to withdraw from my case, to be plead at a January 2025 court date. The case was resolved in November 2024... Complaint 24G0901 was filed against Campbell, with the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar, in July 2024. Avoid this unethical 'attorney' like the plague.
