Hired Attorney Mr. Andrew Tobin

I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. He took a 1500 retainer fee from me and did absolutely zero work. Just gave me B.S on the phone. After two months of my hard work and proving my case to him he calls me out of the blues and tells me he cannot represent me anymore as he and his assistant have medical issues and has too much work. I called his assistant and she knew nothing of this! 1500 dollars down the drain because of his incompetence! Do not use him!!!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
