dealt mostly with his office personel and not him directly...very busy but worth the money and expert knowledge

Hired Attorney Mr. Richard Hennings

I asked the man to file a claim against a bankruptcy that I was a creditor to. He did not do it, nor follow the case. Now, it appears, I have lost my claim for lack of timely filing. He tells me, for several thousand more dollars, he might be able to file a late claim, but I may not win.

Hired Attorney Mr. Richard Hennings

Richard Hennings charged me $75,000 and constantly tried to force me to settle. He developed a friendly relationship with the opposing side and it was all over for me at that point. He began fighting for them by the time the end came, after 14 months. He charged me $24,000 one month because he took it upon himself to begin preparing for trial, he told me it was necessary and my bill during trial would be much less. Well, we never went to trial. Why should I pay for that, when I didn't ask him to do that? Also, he closed on the building in question during the lawsuit and charged me $500 for being the closing agent AND $13,000 for being my "attorney" at the same time.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
