The Law Offices of Brent C. Miller, P.A. has represented seriously injured clients in Central Florida for more than 20 years. Our accomplished attorneys and staff are dedicated to securing the monetary damages our clients deserve and supporting them in every way throughout the process.

We are trial lawyers who actually take cases to court, and we have the resources to bring in expert testimony that can make all the difference. Brent Miller has practiced in Florida since 1988. He founded the Law Offices of Brent C. Miller in Tavares, Florida in 1999, and today the firm represents clients in Lake County, Sumter County, Citrus County and all surrounding counties of Central Florida. Many of our clients are "snowbirds" and tourists who were injured while visiting Florida.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
