Hired Attorney David E. Cauthen

Extremely wonderful firm, very pleasant. They make you feel like your not just a client but a member of their family. We have consulted with them many, many times over the last 5 years and will continue to do so. We would recommend them to everyone who needs someone to represent them and to care about what is going on and willing to listen and tell you the hard stuff. We could not have wished for a better firm than this one.

Hired Attorney David E. Cauthen

I thought i could have got more in my case for the money. I get half of what my papers say the other party doesn't abide by the final papers and there is nothing i can do unless i spend alot more money. I don't think thats fair to me.

Hired Law Firm

I feel the office is completely incompetent on my matter. A simple land acquisition turned into more than a year's worth of frustration. Phone calls are never returned as promised too numerous to mention. I feel the money was totally wasted. Wish I had hired a different firm who had my best interest at heart. The parcel of land I wished to buy has since been divided and a portion went to an adjacent landowner, so why did this office not contact me about it when that's what I hired them to do. How did adjacent landowner get part of the property after a whole year.

Hired Attorney David E. Cauthen

I use the word attorney loosely, do not use this man. He represented me in a case and made mistakes, not one but mistakes after mistakes. He was litigating a case for me for a year, collecting $15,000 and the case is no farther one year later from when he started. His office does not return emails and phone calls besides over billing and double billing.

Hired Attorney David E. Cauthen

In January 2013, I retained this law firm for an out of country Probate issue, because of its rating. I live in Canada. Unfortunately I did not receive four star service. I cannot recommend this law firm as I encountered: Poor communication from attorney and staff, my case was poorly investigated and my interests were not or are not represented.
