My husband and I had a great experience with John Zajac! We worked with him over the course of 3 years leading up to our case. He was very detailed in how he looked at our evidence and was very thorough with everything he had to write up. After each step step in the case, he communicated with us what had happened and what would be happening next. He was very knowledgeable which put us at ease during a very stressful time for us. We were always confident we were in good hands with him. He was very professional and we are so grateful for how hard he worked on our behalf.
I have had John for about 10 years and he’s worked tirelessly on a number of criminal, and civil cases of mine and has gotten me the absolute best result every time! He takes his time and is very compassionate about his work and his clients. I recommend anyone to hire him for any legal battle he truly is a gladiator in a court room!
Great experience working with Zajac! He’s determined to win your case and is dependable! He’s a great lawyer and I recommend everyone to hire him if you are looking for someone devoted to making your life easier and having an amazing outcome!
I hired attorney John Zajac to assist with my late father’s estate, in which I was named the Personal Representative. From the outset, his son informed me that I would not be allowed to access the house or recover any estate assets without a court order. John met with me and three other family members and assured us he was fully capable of handling the matter. We paid a retainer on June 21, 2021, but unfortunately, very little—if anything—was done in return. He never even filed a notice of appearance. When I asked for a refund in October, he claimed he was actively working on a motion with the court. I found it highly unusual that an attorney would need to seek permission from the clerk’s office just to file a motion. It wasn’t until June 15, 2022, that he claimed the motion had been filed—yet no record ever appeared on the court docket. A month later, he told me the clerk of courts was refusing to accept any further filings. Not doing the job caused significant financial loss.
