Around 01/15/2018 a Settlement Agreement was reached in a civil matter I was paid $10,000.00. Soon thereafter I signed the settlement check in Hudson's office. At that time he proposed we split the total amount by a 60% - 40% split instead of him billing me for his hourly fees. I agreed. When I went to get my $6,000 check it was instead made out for $3,200. When I complained Hudson said that is all I was entitled to and if I did not like it I could sue him in court. This is at least fraud.
