Worst conservator ever.. He lied with every breath he takes. He is irresponsible..he never can understand what you are saying so he repeatedly asks you the same things...he always has lr excuses..he is very sick person. Do a background check.
I previously asked to be removed as Conservator of a family member due to family conflict and numerous other obligations. Hartford, CT Probate Court assigned this money grubbing liar as Conservator unfortunately. I advocated/assisted and took care of my family members in the same manner that I always had…just without the title. I still used my work funds to buy groceries, pay bills, etc. for said family members. Once John was in place my family member’s life spiraled out of control to the point of homelessness because he would obtain her SSI and not pay the rent, etc. My family members had to move in my household for about 2 weeks. Found another residence for them and it was really hard because she now had an eviction on her record because of him. Fast forward 5 years later with him still withholding her money from her…she passed away. I notified him and asked if there was any money left in her bank account to pay for the funeral service? He is the biggest scam artist ever!! I called the local police & they wrote the complaint up & followed up with a supplement!! Theft of ss money clothes shoes jewelry shoes furniture etc!! I was told by the police they did a background check on him & he’s not a good person!!Anyone who’s dealt with him knows that! I was told by another attorney that several yrs ago he went against Miller for stealing money from someone & the atty won & Miller had to pay all the fees he charged them back!! Be very wary of Hartford probate court appointed attorneys a lot of them are in tandem with Miller!! I found out the hard way!! My attorney acted like he was on my side but was on his!! He even lies for him!! His 5 star rating was anonymous & probably posted it himself!! I told the police that & they laughed!! Go to us dept of justice for elderly fraud & report him!! Probate Court is on his side not yours!! Judge Foye loves Miller because he’s as rotten & underhanded as she is!! I had to have her recus
Again I am posting a warning re: John k miller!! He is totally irresponsible,arrogant,rude person. He stold money clothes jewelry etc from me!! On Sunday of this week I am filing to get a warrant for his arrest for theft, threatening me, harassment etc. Theft is a 5 or maximum for robbery per the police department!! It's a serious crime!! Get rid of him now like I did!! In jail he can't harm anyone else & once probate court finds out they will never use him again!!
