    Whittni Hodges is a Litigation Associate with the firm's Tampa office. Whittni began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit where she tried a variety of cases including DUI, Aggravated Assault, and Reckless Boating, as well as drafted appeals.Whittni attended the University of Florida where she earned her bachelor's degree in Criminology, with honors. Whittni received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. While at Stetson, Whittni interned with Court Counsel at the 12th Judicial Circuit where she worked closely with Circuit and County Court Judges drafting orders and researching a variety of legal topics. Whittni also interned with the State Attorney's Office in Sarasota, Florida as a Certified Legal Intern where she second-chaired a number of trials and participated in evidentiary hearings. As part of her legal education, Whittni studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and took courses ranging from International Comparative Competition Law to Comparative Privacy Law. Upon graduation from Stetson, she received the William F. Blew Pro Bono Service Award for completing over 200 hours of legal pro bonowork throughout her law school career.She is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Manatee County Bar Association.
