First, the fees charged were astronomical, especially considering the lack of communication and minimal legal action actually performed. I received no breakdown or justification for these charges, and was blindsided by sudden demands for thousands of dollars. In my opinion, this is a clear case of excessive billing practices and I am not the only homeowner affected. Others in my community are experiencing the same inflated legal fees with little to no explanation. Even more disturbing was Ms. Love's conduct throughout the process. Every interaction I had was marked by extreme rudeness, condescension, and a complete disregard for professional courtesy. When I tried to communicate respectfully or ask reasonable questions about my case, I was met with dismissiveness and an unwillingness to help resolve the matter. This created unnecessary emotional stress and made a difficult situation even worse.

My experience with this attorney was deeply disappointing. Communication was minimal, and I often felt like I was left completely in the dark. Attempts to get updates or assistance were mostly ignored, and I struggled to get even the most basic follow-up. It seemed like my case was not a priority at all. I found her to be unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking the professionalism I expected. It was extremely frustrating to feel abandoned during a legal matter. I genuinely hope someone looks into her practices and billing, as the lack of support was unacceptable.

I felt completely unsupported throughout my case, as if I was handling it alone despite having hired legal representation. There was little to no transparency, and I struggled to get clear answers about next steps or even basic updates. I expected a level of professionalism and guidance that simply wasn’t there. I felt dismissed, unheard, and ultimately let down during a very stressful and time-sensitive situation. If you’re looking for an attorney who will be responsive, present, and committed to your case, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.

Unfortunately horrible experience with minimum follow up and assistance maybe provide provided to assist and help with my case maybe she is too busy to assist. She has been Unresponsive, nor trustworthy, and not professional to assist in matter. Hope the firm gets investigated for unlawful representation fees.
