The Orsini & Rose Law Firm is a law firm established in 1994 with an office in Tampa, FL. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, adoption law and 8 other areas of law.
Mr. Orsini represented me successfully last year. He was very professional, personable and kind, and I was never in doubt that I had an ally. He had my full confidence.
His office should be better organized to respond quickly to clients.
Met with Attorney who indicated he required a retainer. Contacted Attorney twice after which I was promised a response "by the end of the week". It's been three weeks and I've had no contact with the Attorney. I delivered information to the office and waited a week for the response. I called to verify receipt of the information and the Attorney didn't remember who I was. I called a week later and offered to email additional information. The attorney accepted the information but never replied.
They take for ever to get anything done and there over priced and never call you back when they say they will.
Never any urgency on any matter.
Worst decision I ever made. Another SIMPLE case with TONS of evidence and court approved witness to provide 50/50 shared custody between mother and father. 100% of the evidence and witness was not allowed at the trial and therefore a stunning and horrible loss. Now facing thousands of $$ more in appeals and the pain of more legal issues filing malpractice to get ALL of my money back. No sorry's or apologies from him either.
