Thinking I'd rather have them prepared by someone representing me, I contacted this firm. I'd worked with them in the past and was always very happy with the results. Not only was their fee lower than what I would have paid the buyer's attorney, everything was done promptly, professionally and courteously. Closing was so smooth that my part as seller lasted less than 10 minutes. I really have to commend Moses Luski and his paralegal, Nikki Blackburn, on a job very well done. As Real Estate attorneys, this firm is the best!

I have worked with four separate attorneys at SLK and all have been professional with great follow up. Their knowledge is extensive but if an issue that they are unsure of, they are quick to request the opinion and direction from a partner more knowledgable in that area.

Do not use this attorney, he does not have HOA boards interest. He sits on sensitive information and gives bad advice. He will turn on the board as soon as there is an election. Very expensive and not worth your money.
