Worst decision I ever made. Another SIMPLE case with TONS of evidence and court approved witness to provide 50/50 shared custody between mother and father. 100% of the evidence and witness was not allowed at the trial and therefore a stunning and horrible loss. Now facing thousands of $$ more in appeals and the pain of more legal issues filing malpractice to get ALL of my money back. No sorry's or apologies from him either.
