My compliments to Nick Fowler who has stuck by us with our bitter set of circumstances. He was able to obtain a deficiency waiver that is protecting us from the lenders trying to take us to the cleaners. We are still trying to bring this sad affair in our lives to a close and even though Mr. Fowler completed his work, he has non the less courteously and timely answered questions that keep popping up on our case. Thank you Mr. Fowler.
I hired Mr. Stamatakis when my home was about ready to be foreclosed, he kept me in my home for another year which also allowed me to sell my property before it was foreclosed.
Minimal work, very rude condescending and poor attitude if you disagree with him. Just interested in taking your money, scoring an easy fee. Doesn't return calls or provide sound advice. Misrepresents firm makes promises and doesn't follow through then blames it on client. After another attorney successfully defended my case for years and retired, I was referred to Scott. My case collapsed within months because he sat on his hands and didn't do any work. Would not recommend!
