  Representative Matters: Obtained trial victory in a stipulated liability trucking case where Plaintiff was seeking millions of dollars in damages. Jury awarded Plaintiff less than his actual medical expenses, with no permanent injury

  oversaw defense strategy for condominium owners being sued for property subrogation claims with no evidence of negligence on the part of the owners. Received more than 40 outright dismissals with no monies paid in favor of the condominium owners as well as significant slowdown of the litigation against the owners.
  Obtained final summary judgement in favor of a real estate brokerage after the plaintiff, who fell victim to hackers, sought to recover against our client under a theory of negligence. We successfully argued that there was a valid exculpatory clause in a related sales contract that shielded our client from liability.
