I've been very pleased with the services I've received. It is taking longer than I thought, but I believe that has to do with the insurance company, not the attorney.
I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone he was hired on behalf of another lawyer as incident occurred in florida , wrongful death lawsuit and he lead me on for 4 years thinking I was apart of it only to tell me near the end that surviving children of my age have no rights to monitary compensation as per florida statutes ,you would think he would mention this 4 years earlier but he and my ex-mother in-law were all about keeping me on the hook as to not disrupt the case both were in cahoots if you ask me he has no morals , stay clear he promises the world and delivers garbage !!
Ended leaving me in more debt doesn’t answer to calls stated he had paid a medical bill but never was paid horrible do your research before hiring him case took for ever over 5 years when it should not of taken that long
Totally useless attorney Greg Jones.
This firm wasted 6 months of time to then be forced into withdrawing due to a conflict that should have been found prior to accepting the case. They did not provide me with the initial filing of the claim, or any correspondence throughout the time in which they were "working" the case. Due to their lack of promptness, I was forced to attend a scheduled hearing unrepresented and lost. There are numerous other complaints that I have.
