Hired Attorney Robert J. Grace, Jr.

Robert J. Grace is the best insurance defense lawyer in the state of Florida. His dedication to his clients is second to none. He is a very honest attorney and very capable of seeing the precise issue in a minefield of claims. He is very knowledgeable about subrogation claims when they are a part of a workers compensation claim and does everything possible to make sure the insurance carrier's lien is protected. His trial record is impressive, and numerous decisions in his favor with the 1st DCA.
