Hired Attorney

Raphael Rashkin of Rashkin Law in Tampa Florida lied about his education. On his website he claims he was “educated” at UCLA Law School. That’s why I hired him. After a few months of his sloppy work, evasive behavior and deceitful billing practices, I suspected something very wrong with his character. I called the UCLA Registrar and discovered that they have no record of him ever attending UCLA. He is currently under investigation by the Florida Bar.

Rafael Rashkin misrepresents (LIES) on his website that he attended UCLA. This is a lie as the University of California LA Registrar has no record of him attending . He’s now been misleading the public for eight years now . How about a class action lawsuit for all of us who hired this liar under false pretenses!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
