Randall Reder, What happened to you since the time you got those good reviews? Not only did you sit on the "Motion to Quash and Vacate Void Case" already filed that you were hired to represent, forget the hearing until the opposing council called you, and then abandon the Motion to Vacate (a blindsiding event), misinform my son that I had used his POA inappropriately at a time when one did not exist, not file for Appeal, as we discussed, should you not prevail on the VOID CASE, but also did not file for the funds as you said you were going to do (and filed a Notice of Appearance to do just that for me also) Your negligence has allowed Wells Fargo a fraudulent grab of our property, with obviously manufactured documents, taken a retainer for what has become a grave injustice knowing my DAV son was never joined in the case. Incompetence, negligence and malpractice don't begin to describe what has taken place... or rather what didn't.
