About R.A. 'Brook' Patterson III

R.A. Patterson, III began his legal career defending the rights of abused and neglected children in judicial hearings through the Guardian Ad Litem program even before he attended law school. During the summer of his second year of law school, he worked with the Escambia County State Attorney's office handling full criminal jury trials under the supervision of a licensed attorney. He prosecuted three cases to jury trial before returning to finish school. Mr. Patterson returned to Escambia County and worked for two years defending criminal cases as an Assistant Public Defender.

He has worked exclusively for injured workers' and Florida's consumers ever since. Mr. Patterson has represented thousands of injured workers and continues to be active in protecting their rights through his support of legislative and lobbying efforts to reform Florida's Workers' Compensation Law.

Mr. Patterson goes by his nickname Brook; he lives in Valrico, Florida with his wife, Sally and his two children, Riley and Gracie.

I mostly worked with Brooks assistant Britney and she was very kind, always answered all my questions, and when i told her my financial situation, she worked as fast as she could to get me my check. Thank you Mr. Patterson for taking my case and thank you Britney for such fast and professional communication, you helped my family in a tough financial situation.

Morgan & Morgan is an amazing firm. I don’t know why this guy is even part of it. No communication, extremely rude, only cares about money and twisted my words to make it seem like I said something I did not say and wants me to do the legwork for him, and said to me, and I quote “ by law you have to do what i say”. Right after that comment I fired him. I have another case with Morgan and Morgan and that team is AMAZING.

Hired Attorney R.A. 'Brook' Patterson III

I have had many bad experiences, but this ranks as worst. I spoke with this man/woman only once. I advised him I had bipolar disorder as it affects my speecb. Well, if you have a disability, you do not want this man. He informed me in that case, he wanted to talk to my husband which was not going to happen Months went by. He was supposed to call me at 3 39pm. Every 10 to 15 min I text his par@legsl, no call. At 4 39 I texted her I was leaving. She swore he called me until I sent her screen shot that I hat waited for 1 HR. This was a fall. Simple. This Attny wanted me to sign off my hippie rights for my bipolar. He did not even call the right Dr. My Pcp dies not issue meds for that disorder. My psych does. That made him mad. I got an email from home that he was withdrawing to to lack I communication. But he submitted to the court irreconcilable differences. Neither of these applies. You cannot have irreconcilable differences with a person you have spoken to one time he abandoned client
