I met with the named partner when I had my initial appointment and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. He didn't rush me or make me feel like he was too important to spend the time I needed to feel comfortable with the process. After the initial appointment I met with the paralegal for their firm and was comfortable with allowing him to handle the rest of the process; he was very knowledgeable and I feel like I was well represented by the firm.
They got the job done, but I feel they could have been a bit more informative. The bankruptcy involved not only personal but our businesses that were included in the personal bankruptcy. Since the debt was backed by ourselves. It was a difficult time and I am glad it is behind us.
