Patrick J. McNamara is the Managing Shareholder of de la Parte, Gilbert, McNamara & Caldevilla, P. A. Pat joined the firm after receiving his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida in 1987. Pat practices in the fields of construction law, commercial, civil, and personal injury litigation, health law, and appeals.
Pat was named as a Florida Super Lawyer from 2013 through 2023, as one of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” in 2012 and 2014 through 2022, and was selected as a Best Lawyer in Personal Injury Litigation for 2017, and in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Litigation-Construction, and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs for 2018-2022.
He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and has served as counsel in matters receiving national attention. He has negotiated and drafted numerous construction, architectural and engineering contracts for some of the state’s largest construction projects.
