We would never hire this attorney again. Would not recommend you hire him or his firm. Our initial conversation was with Mr. Cremeens. He told us we had a very strong case (and we certainly understand there are no guarantees.) He outlined how the lawsuit would proceed and discussed two very distinct possibilities with the regard to outcomes. After the initial call, our case was turned over to his wife. Not one scheduled conference call took place on the day and time scheduled. After planning our day around the scheduled conference call, at the end of the day she never called. She showed up so late to the scheduled inspection of our RV that we had to represent ourselves with both the inspector and the attorney representing the RV manufacturer. Two hours before mediation, his wife informs us that the two possible outcomes her husband discussed with us during the initial conference call are not possible outcomes at all. Firm did not even file the proper type of lawsuit.
