Patrick Barthle was born and raised in Dade City, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he was admitted to the Honors Program and graduated, cum laude, with a double major in History and Criminology. While at UF, Patrick was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and served as President of the Catholic Student Center.
Thereafter, Mr. Barthle attended Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude, was a Lead Articles Editor for the Wash. & Lee Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and President of the W&L Law Families student organization.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, he worked at one of the country’s largest law firms, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and then served as a judicial law clerk for two years to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Barthle now practices in Morgan & Morgan’s Complex Litigation Group where he focuses on consumer class action litigation.
