Pay a little extra money and do it right the first time- hire this firm. My son had such a difficult time with a pretty nasty baby mama. An initial incompetent attorney made it worse. This firm turned it around!!!! They know what they are doing. We appreciated direct communication style (Ben Older, Jeffrey Kostner.) No lawyer schmooze nonsense! My son because of the diligence of this firm now has 50/50 custody of his daughter. I’m so very grateful they inherited a mess and worked it out exactly as we requested. I should have made the initial call to this firm. Everyone there was helpful, responsive and pleasant. Thank you Jeff, Sam, Jennifer and everyone!
Amazing attorney. Aggressive, highly intelligent, hard working and reachable. I felt completely comfortable.
Great communication with client and very aggressive in court. Also very knowledgeable in details
Excellent firm. Highly recommend. Can get pricey like all lawyers. They do an excellent job of trying to minimize costs for the client while providing top notch service and legal advice.
Did a horrible job of supporting me in my case. Mislead as to who was representing me.
I used this firm to help me during a very difficult time in my life immediately after my divorce as my ex was very hostile and manipulative with the children. Unfortunately for me I was assigned associate Eric Maier. Dealing with Mr. Maier was extremely painful, as I often wondered if he was EVER paying attention. I swear he even fell asleep during a deposition for 6 or 7 minutes as he sat there with his eyes closed and mouth wide open. My engagement with the firm didn't last much longer after that and luckily I ended up in much much better hands with my next attorney. My advice....run, run, run as fast as you can away from this firm (especially Eric Maier). Or better yet, don't even get started with them!
Corrupt and grandiose. Morally and ethically bankrupt. Liar. After Mike Lundy took hundreds of thousands of dollars and losing everything in my case, Mike Lundy stated he could have won the case if I kept fighting. They over promise, underperform and bill outrageous amounts of time for minimal work and effort. I would recommend avoiding family court and family lawyers. You will only be worse off. They don’t get paid unless you are fighting. They are incentivized to keep you in court, scared, and continually fighting. There is not justice in Satan.
Unprofessional. Unethical and morally bankrupt. We will eventually expose the corrupt practices of this firm. They profit off child abuse, human trafficking and colluding with others in a pay for play scheme.
I would not recommend this firm. Their only goal is taking client's money. They charge for monthly meetings. I have been charged for attorneys that I don't even speak to. My lawyer's fees have increased twice since using them, although no one told me. They are not cost effective. There is nothing special about what they do for the price they charge. Stay away. When we were in front of the judge, the lawyer was terrible. He fumbled terribly. This law firm is only about charging high fees. I was billed for their accountant's time that I specifically told the attorney that I didn't want to use.
