About Nicolas Q. Porter

Nicolas Q. Porter joined the de la Parte, Gilbert, McNamara & Caldevilla, P.A. after graduating with honors from Florida State University College of Law. He was selected to Super Lawyer Magazine’s list of Rising Stars from 2011 through 2013. An alumnus of Tampa Connection, Nick focuses his practice on environmental and administrative law issues, including complex environmental litigation throughout the state.

Nick was named to the dean’s list five semesters while at Florida State, was an officer of the International Law Society and a member of Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity.
