If your dissolution of marriage case in any way involves RSU’s, PSU’s & LTI, you need Seth Nelson in your corner on Day 1. He is extremely well-versed in this area, and has the ability to explain what it all means, as it pertains to your case, in a way that makes sense. From that point on, allow Seth to do the “heavy lifting.” This is where he shines. You’ll quickly appreciate his no-nonsense approach—minimizing the minutiae & focusing on the big picture—to achieve optimal results. The entire team at NK is friendly, professional and responsive. Special shouts out to Madison and Shawn for effective and timely administrative coordination, Diana in billing, and Kaley for assisting Seth with my case. Divorce is emotional and financial hell. While I sincerely hope the need never arises, I would highly recommend Seth and his team to family and friends.

I recommend Seth and his team to anyone who even hints to me that they are considering getting a divorce. Seth and all those at his firm patiently guided me through the most trying time of my life. They kept me informed and always provided quick responses to my questions. And they were the bull dogs I needed on my side of the table. They showed compassion, they know their stuff, and their support left me feeling empowered through the entire process. I started out the process with a different attorney and the experience was night and day! There is no need to interview anyone else. Just meet with Seth. He will take care of you.

I strongly recommend Seth Nelson and his team to anyone going through a divorce. They were available to me anytime I needed, worked to get things taken care of expeditiously, and used all means within their legal authority to ensure I received a fair settlement. I had a post-settlement issue arise 3 years later. I emailed Seth and he called me back within minutes. MINUTES! He is caring and compassionate, but very protective of his clients, working hard for their well-being. Outstanding service!

I cannot say enough good about this law firm. From start to finish and everything in between, the team was there. Seth exceeded my expectations always during hearings and was absolutely incredible at the final hearing. I wish I could say that our case is forever done, but as with a lot of custody cases, we will have to go back and we will definitely hire Seth and his firm again. He is prepared, ready and geared up for trial. I cant imagine going to trial without Seth Nelson by my side.
