N. Rivver Cox, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Tampa oce. Martindale-Hubbell and his peers have rated him AV Preeminent. Rivver is an experienced trial litigation attorney having tried multiple cases to verdict. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, toxic tort, automobile negligence, trucking negligence, and negligent security cases. Rivver also handles general liability, sexual misconduct, nursing home, alternative living facility, and professional liability. Prior to joining the rm, Rivver represented hospitals and medical providers in complex medical malpractice litigation. He has frequently presented on various defense-related topics to hospital sta, administration, and healthcare providers. Throughout his career, Rivver has also represented a variety of clients including insurers, and commercial businesses on a wide range of complex litigation involving serious injury or death. Rivver earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude (2013). He was inducted into America's most prestigious academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa, in 2013. Rivver obtained a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating with honors (2017). While at Wake Forest, he served as a Dean Nominated Deacon's Lead Ambassador and contributed to the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property. Rivver is admitted in Florida (2017). He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2019).
