Terrible experience! Initial conversation went great which why we chose them. Middle all the way to the end terrible through and through. “It wasn’t like you lost a limb or life.” “Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.” Were exact words from Jacob Munch. Run get another lawyer that’s actually upfront and professional. I had to keep personal footnotes because he could never remember our last conversation. I have asked for a copy my case and wasn’t received.
