Mike was very professional and polite and understanding at my case and was very hopeful and honest with what needed to be done in my case at the proper time to handle situations. So attorneys wasn’t able to answer my questions.

Look no further. This is the man you need to hire. I found Mike quite by happenstance. I found myself being denied long-term disability through my former employer. Extensive searching showed me that this is quite common in the insurance industry. It's actually very common to be receiving short-term disability, and a week or two before your long-term disability is to begin, they cut you off. Don't even try to appeal with them, it's a waste of time. I had already been looking at SSDI attorneys, "just in case." I had talked to many, but just didn't feel comfortable with them. Very gruff and wouldn't fight for additional money even though I felt we could get it because of my medical records and it was due to me. Staff was forgetful and wouldn't call back and secretary changed several times.

He didn't do his job, I did all the paperwork and legwork and when we went to court after 2 years he acted like he didn't know my case! The worst I've ever seen.

I did all the leg work, paperwork and he didn't even know all of my illnesses when we went to court! Needless to say my disability was denied and now I have to find a new lawyer to appeal, after waiting 5 yrs for this hearing.
