Hired Attorney

In October, 2015, I observed Mr. Giasi in court. Based upon that observation, I hired him to represent me in a false domestic violation injunction petition. Mr. Giasi researched my case, met with in person, and called me on the phone to discuss the strategy that he would employ to get the petition dismissed. Because the Judge ruled adversely against me, he quickly filed additional pleadings including a Memorandum of Law with additional caselaw to argue our case. I recommend Mr. Giasi as an attorney for your legal representation without reservation.
