Mark Robens joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. as an associate in 2014. Mark has experience working with both debtors and creditors in all types of insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcy, real property foreclosure litigation and defense, and workouts. While in law school, Mark served as a Judicial Intern with Hon. Catherine Peek McEwen, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and with Hon. Gregory Holder, Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
Mark graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. He was awarded a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy and the Leadership Certificate. Mark received both the Judge Alexander L. Paskay Bankruptcy Award from the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association for outstanding aptitude in the area of Bankruptcy Law, the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for performing more than 200 hours in community service. Mark was a member of the Stetson Law Review, the J. Reuben Clark Society, and the Stetson Law Parents.
Prior to law school, Mark Robens was a software developer for a local software corporation focusing on Loss Prevention.
