I made the mistake of selecting this guy, and I couldn’t have done worse. Research, research, research, (deep and thorough, with 3-5 most recent case’s similar to mine, was my biggest mistake.) He talked like he was really there for my legal issues in the beginning, but like some of the others, he didn’t seem to even look at my case until I went into his office, and before it was over, he went after me instead of the opposing counsel. Please pass on this guy. Totally shameful for the craft of the good or great lawyers!
Mark C Payne cancelled my drivers license for non payment of a judgement during the Covid19 pandemic. I have made the payment and have also reached out several times to ask why I have not received notification from their office to take to the DMV in my county to have my driver's license reinstated but they seem to be closed. I believe it was a very bad decision on their part to put someone in this situation. I am very fortunate in that I am an essential employee at the hospital and am able to work and also care for ill family members. However , not being able to drive has limited my productivity enormously. I also have no knowledge of when I can expect to have this issue resolved as the FLHSMV is working remotely. Again....I believe this attorney did not make a very good decision to say the very least. I only checked determined becuase I had to check someothing.
