I had Brian Bolves for an Eminent Domain case in Naples. He was terrible at communication and releasing my settlement money from his escrow account. He or his assistant responded to 2 of 9 emails including one which read, "ARE YOU GETTING MY EMAILS??" After no response I had to call the county to find out where my first draw was only to find Bolves had the money for several weeks. He sure got it over quick then. I told Brian he had a ONE rating out of FIVE at that point. He did exactly the same thing with the final monies! I asked both him and his assistant to forward the information pertaining to my tax liability and deduction. Two weeks later after no response, I forwarded his emails which he ignored to his assistant and forwarded the assistant's emails to him which she ignored, explaining that I give them a week to respond before I would get the needed info from The County Attorney, proceed with his one star rating and file a complaint with the Florida Bar.
