When the need arose I contacted Ligori And Ligori. I spoke with the lawyer a few times and that was OK cause I know they’re very busy. And in the beginning the process you go from one person who handles this stage of a case to the next person who handles this next stage of the case and so forth. At one point I got with Rachael Thorne I believe who is a PA. What a wonderful person! I had questions I would text her or call her. She was right there to explain something to me to tell me where they’re at in the case. If for some reason, I had to leave a message, she would call me back that day apologizing why she couldn’t answer my phone call when I called initially. Just a very caring individual who got the meetings with the attorney set up at my convenience. As much as the law firm is very good and I would use them again if I had to, but I would make sure Rachael was the one I got to communicate with. They’re very blessed to have a lady like her working for them.

Very bad attorney. Never returns calls. Staff rude. Can't get an answer to any question. Don't call him on his cell as his advertisement says. Horrible experience.
