I was happy to come across Lee Law firm. I felt like no one was taking my case seriously. Kyle helped me immediately with my case. He also referred me to another great lawyer as well! if I ever have any issues in employment I feel very positive and confident knowing I will have great representation.
I reached out to Lee Law, PLLC for a consultation. The consultation was set it pretty quickly and I was able to ask a few questions. Once I received the documents I need to start the process of potentially pursuing legal action against a former employer and forwarded them to Lee Law as I was instructed to do, Lee Law became non responsive. I sent several follow up emails and still nothing. I can not in good faith recommend this law firm. I do believe the 5 star reviews left for this firm are fake. I advise anyone to forgo working with this firm. I do not take pleasure in leaving a negative review especially for a minority business but I also have to be honest.
The attorney was nice during the consult. After the consult when I would call for updates I would get a generic response. He did not give me the service I expected. I would not recommend this firm.
Working with Mr Lee was one of the most frustrating experiences and I would certainly NOT recommend Mr. Lee for any legal issue. Mr. Lee told me that my case was a simple one and this was his area of expertise and that a settlement should easily be reached. However, I lost a considerable amount of money by making the mistake of hiring Mr. Lee only to have him not to anything to resolve my issue before my legal clock ran out. My legal issue was time sensitive and involved money that I had to rely on and Mr. Lee told me to expect at least a 2 week wait for response, which was fine. However I never did get a response and kept asking for updates. It became clear that Mr. Lee had not even reached out to the company the complaint was against and so I asked for copies of correspondence and finally got a copy of a letter he was intending to send, that had incorrect information included and I receive it at 3.30am on Christmas day. My deadline was Jan 29th - just 4 days later.
