J. Ronald Denman is a Tampa-based litigation attorney focusing on trust, estate, and probate litigation, as well as complex business disputes throughout Florida. With more than 30 years of experience, he represents clients in high-value matters involving contested wills, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and probate administration conflicts in Tampa, Hillsborough County, and across the State of Florida.
Mr. Denman regularly advises beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and families in disputes involving undue influence, lack of capacity, breach of fiduciary duty, trust and estate mismanagement, and inheritance litigation. His trust and estate litigation practice includes cases involving revocable trusts, estate administration disputes, guardianship litigation, and complex probate proceedings.

Mr. Denman’s prior experience as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Operations for a national and international company provides him with a practical understanding of business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He also began his legal career as a prosecutor, where he developed the trial and courtroom skills that continue to define his litigation practice.
