About Jason Bard

Jason Bard, founding partner of Greater Tampa Law, P.L., brings extensive courtroom experience and a deep commitment to client advocacy. With hundreds of jury trials to his credit, Jason’s legal career includes work on a wide spectrum of criminal cases from DUIs to first degree murder. He spent six years as a prosecuting attorney with the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable insight into all aspects of criminal law. Jason is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the Federal Middle District of Florida, focusing his practice on criminal trial defense, criminal appeals, family law, and personal injury matters. A graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson College of Law (with honors), Jason has contributed to high-level appellate work for the Florida Supreme Court and the Middle District of Florida. In 2013, he established Greater Tampa Law, P.L., channeling his considerable legal experience to vigorously protect the rights of his clients.
