Hired Attorney

While I watched others meeting their legal counsel for the first time only moments before their bankruptcy hearing, I was eternally grateful I had chosen James W. Elliott to represent my case. Mr. Elliott is the kind of lawyer you want by your side in a situation like this. Not only did he walk me through the entire process from the very beginning, he returned my calls, even on the weekend, to help me through this difficult process. Three years later, he is still returning my phone calls!

This guy sucks. Takes your money, slow walks the whole thing and then when you ask for a refund he denies you. Stay far away from him and the firm he works for. Professional thief from top to bottom. Get better legal rep from unhoused people yelling at stop signs

Not a good experience, in my case an inadequate plan was filed, the staff is hard to reach over the phone, some of my documents were not submitted on time, in my case it was a waste of money, too expensive for a non aggressive representation.
