Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I would be remiss if I did not warn people about Mr. James Andrew Wardell Esq, of Tampa Florida. I hired him for a criminal case, I will state the facts and let the reader be the judge. I hired Mr Wardell after a consultation where he proceeded to claim to be an expert in arguing suppression and other constitutional jurisprudence relevant to my case. He also wanted $50k to start. Once he got the money his demeanor changed. He wanted me to take the first and only offer the govt gave. Nearly 2 decades in prison. I eventually hired a competent attorney who fought and won said issues. I took mr. Wardell to arbitration and he was found guilty of negligence and malfeasance due to his lack of ANY work-product. He was forced to repay a large portion of the retainer.
