Henris Zaimaj is an Associate at Butler’s Tampa Office . Henris currently represents insurers in a variety of first-party property coverage issues and extra-contractual “bad faith” issues during both pre and post-suit stages.
Henris provides legal advice at all stages of claim investigation, including conducting Examinations Under Oath and Sworn Statements. Henris has experience aiding with a wide range of insurance claims including multi-property commercial claims, commercial claims, residential claims (including mobile homes), and jewelers claims. He also has experience aiding in the defense of homeowners in construction lien litigation.
Henris is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and the federal Middle District of Florida.
Henris grew up in Pinellas County, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University, Georgetown College, in Washington, DC and graduated magna cum laude in 2016. Henris returned to his hometown in Florida to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Henris was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a teacher’s assistant for legal research and writing.
Before obtaining his law degree and joining Butler, Henris worked in the underwriting department for a major Florida insurance carrier.
