Hired Law Firm

This law firm is only concerned about your money, specifically Cory Brandfon. He harasses and pressures his clients continuously to see if they want to move forward with things (when they are still trying to work things out and told him that they would reach out to him when they were ready). He will send an email or make an unwarranted phone call that took a few minutes to do, then will bill the client a 1/2 billable hour. He gives clients incorrect information about the process of eviction and what they are/are not allowed to do when it comes to their rights. He ought to be ashamed of how he has been treating his clients. It's sad and he will be reported to the Florida Bar as a result of his actions. He is obviously an inexperienced attorney and the partners at this law firm ought to be ashamed that they hired such an incompetent employee.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
