During her time at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Halluck, LLP, Fallon has gained experience in all aspects of the litigation process, with a focus on construction defect claims and construction law. She has represented contractors and developers in a variety of cases and stages of litigation, from single-family home claims to large communities.
Fallon is a firm believer in peaceable conflict resolution and excels at mediation. As a result, she has negotiated settlements in numerous cases and handled multi-home mediations and large community litigation. She is skilled in single-family home as well as homeowners association construction defect matters.
While attending college at the University of Central Florida, Fallon earned his B.A. in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. She then attended Florida A&M University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Prior to law school, Fallon worked as a senior paralegal with a focus on estate planning and probate.
Fallon is a proud “dog mom” and in her free time, volunteers with various animal charities in the area. Her hobbies include knitting and sewing, as well as vacationing with her husband in the mountains of North Carolina.
