DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!!!! I told her I was a psychologist and instead of listening to me she told me all about her life story and her marriage and divorce, then charged me over $12k and did NOTHING! And now that I need my “files" forwarded she doesn’t even have a valid email address listed anywhere even the one on the FL Bar comes back invalid. hmm, what is she hiding from? And I never charged her for my services as a therapist when she was blabbing to me about her awful marriage... instead of taking notes from mine! I wonder if I can invoice those counseling hours so SHE can pay me for the free therapy sessions she got for free from me.

You do not want her representing your side of divorce. Cancelled appointments. Seems she is in cahoots with the other side. Gave over 10k and still hasn't accomplished anything. Not even parenting plan. My friend is currently being represented by her. Has one child and a family home in this divorce that is it. Should be a simple case. This atty cancels appointments, there is no action on her side, and yet she still continues to ask for more money. And is asking for another $1500? Absolutely heartbreaking the way she's treating my friend in her desperate time of need. Disgusting and appalling, horrible "representation" so not sure how this one sleeps at night. The $ probably helps. This should be illegal the way she is representing my friend in her divorce if it isn't illegal, it's legal thievery. We will let the Florida bar decide. She needs to stick with writing wills only and quit messing with people's lives.

they are frauds and scammers and i do not recommend this firm nor this lawyer DJ Bucholz,,if you divorce with this law firm they will never contact the you,,to let you know that you are getting divorced, they let there client forge your initals and your signature on the divorce papers,, be aware they are scammers,, ive been divorced since Oct 2020 and i just found out in January 2021, that i was divorced my Ex gave me a piece of blank paper with no stamp or our signitures as if its been finalized,,, i was divorced with out signing anything or receiving any kind of paperwork what so ever.i didnt recieve a summon or any paperwork in regards of my divorce, My Ex husband and this lawyer Donna Buchholz are scammers,, they divorced me put me as Disable in the divorce papers i am NOT DISABLE i can walk talk and sign,,, i tried numerous times to contact this lady, email her numerous times with zero response and she never got back to me,.....BE AWARE! till this day i haven't received any
