David M. Caldevilla adds significant appellate experience to de la Parte, Gilbert, McNamara & Caldevilla, P.A., having served as lead appellate counsel in a wide range of cases. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Staff Attorney to Judge Jack R. Schoonover at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal. He also served as General Counsel to the Municipal Gas Authority of Florida, and has served as special counsel to Sumter County in eminent domain matters, and as hearing officer in utility franchise cases in Hillsborough County. Since 1997, he has been a Board Certified Appellate Lawyer, and “AV” rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
