Daniel Fernandez was very professional. He got my mom off with no charges and me with a fine.I was extremely satisfied, because our charges started as a felony. Then they were dropped to a misdemeanor, and all we had to do was pay a fine.
Failed to effectively represent, seldom answers phone calls, never answers letters (unless prompted to by the Bar). Lost client records. Aside from that, he's a fine example of a Florida Lawyer.
DONT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!! Danny Fernandez will take your money, especially if you pay in full and you’ll never hear from him again until you’re in the court room. He will avoid your calls and not return text messages. My family had to send certified mail and take days off work and just pop up at his office to ask him a simple question. I promise future customers he is the worst lawyer. He has a long career that WAS probably good, but now he is lazy in his old age and just taking money off his past reputation.
