About Christopher Dallegrand

Christopher focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of injured workers. He earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law in 2024, following an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University in 2021. Christopher also holds dual undergraduate degrees in Legal Studies and Political Science, with minors in Philosophy and Business.

Throughout college and law school, Christopher worked in a variety of legal settings, gaining experience in family law, banking, legal aid, and both plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury. Upon admission to the Florida Bar in 2024, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in Fort Lauderdale, managing a demanding docket of over 120 cases daily. During his tenure, he successfully tried a jury case to verdict and prevailed on a motion to suppress.

Christopher later joined Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he practiced insurance defense in transportation, aviation, and first-party property claims. His diverse background provides him with a well-rounded perspective that informs his current advocacy for injured workers.

Outside of the courtroom, Christopher is active in the legal community. He serves as a Director of the Haitian Lawyers Association (2025–2027), is a member of the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Bar Association Gala Scholarship Committee, and belongs to Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. His honors include the Kozyak Minority Mentorship Foundation Summer Fellowship, multiple scholarships from the Haitian Lawyers Association and Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Bar Foundation.

Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, Christopher also holds certifications in negotiation from the Practicing Law Institute. In his free time, he enjoys anime, pickup basketball, spending time with loved ones, and cruising especially with Royal Caribbean.
