About Christina Marie Phillips

Ms. Christina Phillips has dedicated her practice to representing plaintiffs in insurance recovery and related litigation. Ms. Phillips has represented policyholders in insurance disputes involving coverage matters, property, business income, and bad faith disputes throughout the country. Her practice has included representing a wide range of insureds from single family homeowners, to condominiums, as well as corporate entities. She has also been involved in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and/or alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Phillips has been appointed as a Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s TIPS Property Insurance General Committee from 2011 — and will be the Committee Chair for the 2016-2017 term. Ms. Philips has also been named as a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers from 2012 through 2016. Ms. Phillips is licensed in Illinois, Minnesota and Washington, D.C., as well as a number of Federal Bars throughout the country.
