Hired Attorney

Caitlin was assigned to my case after hiring the firm. No paralegal was ever assigned to my case and Caitlin as well as the actual attorney who I requested, double billed me, filed one motion, attended one hearing, charged me $10,000 and asked for more citing the money was gone. After disputing this and asking for a refund less the work performed, they pressured me to sign a withdrawal agreement and stated they “will waive their additional fees for this”. It was a scam and I was completely taken advantage of. Caitlin was not experienced enough to know how to handle my case. Not to mention during my less three months of representation Caitlin was away in Europe and the Caribbean and Mark the partner was out on medical leave majority of the time, and vacation, which he told me as he was withdrawing. Do not waste your money. They truly do not care if they are putting you into debt and billed me for each follow up wondering what the status was with a run around response as they were ooo.
