Following his graduation from the University of Florida with his Bachelor's Degree, Brandon moved to Tampa to attend law school. In May 2016, Mr. Breslow obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Stetson Law Honors Program and a Teaching Assistant to Associate Dean Stephanie Vaughan (Legal Research & Writing) and Professor Charles Rose III (Evidence). Throughout law school, Mr. Breslow gained invaluable experience during his internships with the United States Attorney's Office, United States District Judge James D. Whittemore in the Middle District of Florida, and the Sixth Circuit Office of the Public Defender in Pinellas County. Mr. Breslow was also a member of the Stetson Law Trial Team, during which time he won the 2015 Florida Justice Association Earle E. Zehmer Mock Trial Competition in Orlando, Florida. Upon graduating from law school in the top ten percent of his class, Mr. Breslow earned the American Law Institute CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award and the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy for his academic and advocacy accomplishments.

Mr. Breslow is an active member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Bruce R. Jacob-Chris W. Altenbernd Criminal Appellate American Inn of Court. Mr. Breslow continues to research and publish articles addressing the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution. His first article, advocating for the expansion of a defendant's Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel, was published in Federal Lawyer magazine, the official publication of the Federal Bar Association.
